What is your least favorite organization

Out of all the organizations in the world (interest groups, bureaucracies, corporations), what would be your least favorite of them all. You can also pick what is the worst of each (like one could say PETA for interest groups, EPA for national or local bureaucracies, and EA Games for corporations instead of just one of them). Keep in mind that this does not include gangs, terror groups, demographics (including political parties), or fandoms, but you can name hate groups and news agencies as your least favorite organization. And don?t name small organizations or businesses that very few people know. We have to respect privacy.

Puget Sound Energy. Not exactly a small company, but everyone should know about them and their evil doings. They're my local energy supplier (the only one). Electric companies have a monopoly in many states including mine. They own the power poles that supply electricity to everyone's houses. You HAVE to go through whichever one owns your poles and you can't switch to a new company. States who *don't* have this are called "deregulated" states. That's not why I hate them though! (I mean sort of, considering they charged me $470 for a single month one time and I couldn't switch after that.) Doing this is forcing me to support them. And I don't. Because they are building a Liquefied Natural Gas plant (LNG) on the Puyallup reservation. To do something like this you need the green light from the tribes land you're on. But they didn't. Now they're making fradulent "studies" and having people write articles about how great LNG is for the environment. Marketing it to the public as an eco-friendly alternative to other options. (I've literally seen commercials on TV for it) When really, it's dangerous! And a small leak (under 10%), which is common, puts off more pollution than fossil fuels.
Also this would make more waterway traffic in the Port of Tacoma, chances of polluting the water and air surrounding it are high.
If there were to be an explosion it would reach two high schools, my college campus, the water that our vulnerable salmon swim through, and DOZENS of residential houses. But they lied and said the blast zone wouldn't extend beyond their property line.
They were stopped earlier this year because they didn't pass the air quality test. They paid off enough people to keep construction going after that.
They're a scummy greedy company and I can't wait to move so I'm not personally supporting them and their propaganda anymore !

I’m not going to get started on what my least favorite organization is (you may PM me if you want to), but for corporations, my least favorite has to be Facebook. I don’t care what you believe, but if you’re going to silence others from speaking up, ban people for having different opinions, and lie to the public about discrimination (or not say anything at all), why should I respect your organization? That’s why I haven’t used Facebook in over a year (and I don’t think I stayed off long enough). I never shared anything political there, but after reading several news reports about their bias and discrimination, I choose not to go back to Facebook. My least favorite corporation for non-political reasons: Sony Entertainment. Remember that rootkit scandal? Or their handling of the PSN Outage? Or the Emoji Movie? That’s Sony, y’all.

I mean, I'd rather have one to defend myself with *shrugs* drugs are illegal and criminals get them anyway. Not to dismiss the major epidemic of gun violence in America though! It's definitely a problem. But it's a people problem. A gun won't jump up and shoot ya, a bad guy has to do that part. They're the issue. And it's not being handled well at all, no changes helps no one. I think mental health screenings would benefit.. buuuut there are laws preventing that.

The problem with the NRA is that it is less about actually having guns to defend yourself and more about just having guns at the cost of the lives of countless people in mass shootings that are happening regularly. No one wants to take away guns, just make it harder for unstable people to get them. I mean, I get freedom and all that, by your freedom to own assault rifles should not trump someone else's right to live.

Okay we get it, you want us to use it. Can you just shut your trap now please? I know this is nothing compared to other companies mentioned here, but still.

My least favorite organizations:

- The NRA for reasons previously stated. I think 2kimi2furious summed up my feelings almost exactly. I grew up in a family full of responsible gun owners, but my brother is also very mentally unstable. Even the staunchest conservative in my family admits that there need to be laws to keep people like my brother from ever getting his hands on a gun because they all know where that would lead.

- Fox News (if you can call it news). I would never watch it on my own, but I've been subjected to it at family members' houses. It always infuriates me how they never even let anybody with a differing viewpoint speak. They interrupt, speak over them, deride them, and laugh at them the entire time. If you're going to ask somebody a question, at least have the decency to let them answer it before you try to tear them apart.

- Liberty University and all things under the domain of Falwell. I've watched them slowly take over my town and destroy it. They tear down our beautiful landscape to build massive self-promotional eyesores. Their followers are ridiculously fanatical. They own so much that they have too much sway in my town and can basically force their values on everyone else. They have stopped numerous businesses from coming to my town that would have helped our economy and brought jobs. They've thrown fits over certain performers to the point where they have cancelled their tour stops. They dominate everything and it needs to stop.

- Comcast/Xfinity. This is just due to poor customer service. Unfortunately, they are the only high speed internet around so it's deal with them or have no internet. They are really the worst. Our internet goes out regularly for no reason whatsoever. The modem/router that they gave us doesn't have a strong enough Wifi signal to reach our TV in the room directly below it. So we bought out own router, but their modem doesn't play nice with any other routers so it's a pain to reset and override things every time the internet blips out, which as I said is often. Once, our internet was out for 2 weeks. We called them daily and they kept saying it was our computer because we had recently purchased a new computer with Windows 10 on it. They didn't have a troubleshooting manual for Windows 10 so all their phone technicians would do was blame us. We asked them to send someone out to look at it and they refused. Finally, they gave in after 2 weeks and we found out that they had actually retired our modem and decommissioned it without telling us. So that's why we'd been without internet all that time. They promised to comp us for the 2 weeks, but I don't think they ever did. I didn't bother calling them back about it because I was just so sick of them at that point.

Another group I don’t like - Westboro Baptist Church. They may not be as active as they used to, but back when Fred Phelps is alive, they used to picket funerals out of hatred. Not just against LGBT people, but also soldiers and celebrities. Even the Ku Klux Klan hates them.

Like I said before, you can name hate groups too, but not terror groups.

Not to mention that they had the audacity to accuse Steve Irwin of animal abuse when the rest of the world was mourning him. That man had more love for animals in his pinky finger than PETA has in their entire organization. PETA is a disgrace to humanity and needs to be shut down before it can cause any more damage.

Just because nobody likes an organization doesn’t mean they can’t be labeled as a “worst organization”. I wonder what did Phelps say about Sweden.

I heard that they also burn down peoples’ houses. I’m not sure if it’s them or if it’s another eco-terrorist group. There was also a South Park episode that mocked on them. Not just mocked them, but they also got killed in the episode. I can bet that if PETA saw that episode, they would sue the creators of South Park for it.
