for example, isabelle, kapp'n, tortimer ect. mine is probably phineas tbh, its always so exciting to see him in your town because you get a badge c: and i like his boy scout aesthetic lol

Uhhh definitely Pascal, he's pretty cool and I'd love to have him as a proper villager! :) I like Isabelle a lot too cause she's so cute

Brewster bc i like how quiet and stoic he is, but especially bc i like how embarrassed he gets when people tell you that your coffee skills might be better than his haha

Gulliver because he gives me cool things after small geographical pop quizzes and that's always fun

Leif because i like to garden in game and in real life and he's such a sweetheart

Phineas because i get really, REALLY excited every time he shows up in my town because i love to get badges so my brain associates him with auto-happiness haha

i can't just choose one, but those are my main favorites

I like Sable because she has a personality that you can ACTUALLY have in real life! What I mean is that she is kind of shy and unfriendly at first, but once you get to know her, she gets friendlier. I really think that people can relate to her, Mable is pretty nice too, and I love how Mable and Sable fight like sisters. It's cute. :)

Isabelle and Labelle are both awesome!

Oh, and Kicks is adorable. I also enjoy when Saharah visits my town.

Digby, bless his little heart. He stands there come rain or shine, guarding the entrance to the HHA showcase.
It kinda makes me sad when he's stood there in the rain with his little coat on :(

I love Pascal and Katie. ^.^ I really like how Pascal talks and what he sounds like; and I enjoy his little philosophical statements. He does make me take a minute or two to think about what he said and decide whether I understood what he meant or how it was funny, or not. I love Katie not just because she's a kitten (I'm a big cat lover) and looks adorable, but also because I think it's cute how she likes to visit different towns without her mother (even though she misses her mother at the same time; she said that when I had to decline to taking her somewhere because the only people I knew that played ACNL too [before I joined the forums] don't always play it. She's so adventurous and I love the items she sends the players. If she was a villager, she would be my dreamie. :P

I think Blathers is quite funny and cute, as well as Celeste.

I also think Reese is adorable!

i love pascal and gulliver! its just fun helping them out and they always have a lot of personality to them when i talk to them. Its kinda like talking to a friend who you never see but when you do talk to them its really engaging and interesting and you wished you talked more.

First is Resetti and second is Kapp'n. Resetti was the first npc in a videogame that ever brought true feelings out of me. Of course, after awhile I realized Resetti couldn't bust through the tv screen and spank me, so I started resetting on purpose haha! Good times. Omg Kapp'n. He swooned me in acgc. Then I find out he has a family in new leaf!! I wasn't too surprised. It's always the smooth talkers that are untouchable!! Curse you Kapp'n and your silver tongue! But I will always remember what we used to have..

I think Blathers is automatically my favourite, just because I love owls. Same with Porter because I love monkeys too.

In terms of the actual characters, I still like Porter, and also Pascal, Gulliver, Isabelle...I just really love them all in their own way! :)

I really like Lyle, personally. His speech mannerisms remind me of a used-car salesman, and I love the association between his species (weasel) and the concept of a con artist.

In Wild World, I always bought his insurance, and he never failed to send it to me on time, so I always got the sense that though he talked like a scam artist, he was actually a good-natured guy. That was reinforced in New Leaf, in the case of some of the conversations that occur between him and Tom Nook - it's nice to see that he's made friends and improved his life over the course of the series, so he no longer has to travel around selling insurance.

I've always been a fan of mysteries and the crime genre, and he really seems like a character out of one of my books (not at all like what you'd expect in a kid's game).
