Anything spicy tbh. I like Frank's hot sauce though I guess that's kind of mild compared to other things. I can't take anything too spicy though, I once had really spicy lemon pepper wings that made my eyes water and I couldn't breathe very well, it was scary! Never again.

I guess I'd say BBQ and buffalo then. Both very delicious and light, it's hard to pick a favourite.

Since I can't handle spice whatsoever, I prefer any flavour that isn't spicy. Regular BBQ sauce, honey garlic, etc are my picks.
