What is your favorite movie of all time?

I like Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls. I love Jim Carey.

:D

Everyone loves a slinky, you gotta get a slinky. Slinky, slinky. GO, slinky, GO!

My favorite movie was Troy and The Last Samurai. Troy was probably my favorite though. I like a lot of things that have to do with Greece. I think it is by far the most interesting culture. Greek and Egyptian are awesome.

I didn't really like Troy. At times I was routing against the main character =o

Ooorr Click...that movie was pretty awesome.
Yea I liked that one too. I just didn't like how they kinda pushed the him dying thing so much. Twice they made it seem he was gonna die before it actually happened. But still a good movies.
?

I dunno', I guess your right.

It was still fanomal, though. It had a good amout of humor, and sadness. Which, are 2 genre's (sp?) you barely see together in movies.
Humor and sadness.... barely seen in movies?! American movies, probably.

(hint: try watching Russian movies)

I think what they mean is that normally it is much more of one than the other where in click it was pretty funny and sad a more even amount of time.

But most every sad movie has its fun moment and many comedies have a sad part too.

I have quite a few...

All 6 in the Star Wars series (in order of favorite to least favorite: 3, 6, 1, 5, 4, 2)
All 3 Lord of the Rings Movies (" " 3, 2, 1)
All 3 Pirates of the Caribbean Movies (" " tie with 1 and 3, 2)

Now somebody has said, Click, I too loved it.
I enjoyed it's comic value, I just can't get enough of Adam Sandler.
But it really choked me up, with the parts with his father later on. It made me think of the relationship I have with my Dad...

hmmm... If I narrowed it down to 2, it would be The Italian Job at first, and 300. THIS IS SPARTAAAAA

:)
Random: We said the Sparta line in 2 skits we had to do today.

Anyway, on the topic of the Sadness/Comedic thing...yeah, I haven't seen many films other than Click that had a balanced amount of both.

The main characters are Helen and Paris because the whole war is based on Helen sneaking away from Menelaus and going to live and get married with Paris. That's because Helen is supposedly the daughter of Zeus and is the most beautiful women in history.

Children of Men probably ranks highest with me, but I also love Hot Fuzz, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, 300, 28 Weeks Later, Across the Universe, and The Nightmare Before Christmas.
