Ok problem 2 and 3 are fixed :D The game globe was stuck to a magnet in Showdown town XD and the achievement was unlocked when I went on today.
But that still leaves problem 1 which is not too too bad, but I'd like to get it fixed if possible.

@Furry Sparks: it isn't the game, my friends have played the same game and didn't get that display problem
Do they have a widescreen TV?
No just the plain old and normal aspect ratio. Yet they have full screen gameplay on all games while I have widescreen with black bars on the top and bottom on some games
Well there you go.
I have a 4:3 TV, and I sometimes get the 2 black bars at the top and bottom.
It all depends on the game
Just deal with it...

360's suck. That's what's wrong.
Try getting a console that doesn't break so easily.

lol I already own a Wii. I got the 360 cause I thought my gaming horizon was too narrow, so I bought a 360, and frankly, I am not regretting it. It has some great exclusive content. Plus games that are released on all home consoles, example Sonic Unleashed, have more content on it than the Wii version.

@AndyB: You have this too? Hmm... Maybe I should double check by bringing the game over to one of my friends' house to try it out just to be sure they may of just gotten used to it and forgot they were there.
Just to specify something too, I'm not too worried or annoyed at this problem, it's just that I find certain texts in the game are too small to see.

Also does anyone have an e-mail address to Microsoft's support centre? I want to see what Microsoft has to say about this, but I can't seem to find a place to e-mail them the message.

Look on xbox.com Or somewhere, and see if you can see a support number, or email.
Only place I'd think of where to get them.

You got dem rings man
You get dem rings
