It's one of those DLC things I think. Kinda like the Aries Rocking Chair?

It is the Capricorn ornament, behind it is the Aquarius urn.
Both are Japanese DLC, but they are re-orderable from the catalog, so there are a lot of people on this site on the re-tail board who would have them.
