What is the best way to get Villagers out?

I have seen many ways to get villagers out but what is the best way?
Trying to get Canberra and Eugene out, and I wanted a good, fast way to get them out.

I'm not a hundred percent sure if this is a safe way, but I usually time travel between four to six days ahead. Example if I chose four days I would keep going four days ahead until someone pings me that they're leaving. I also do a quick run around town to see if the villagers will ping. Though maybe time travelling day by day and best friend a villager you want to stay for them to tell you who is moving might be a safer route especially if there are dreamies living in town, good luck!
