What is missing on Main Street?

Main Street was a great idea from the start I think that it is a more easy way to get to the able sisters and Timmy and Tommy's. I think that more buildings would be awesome. First off. Right next to Kicks when you purchase 10 correct paintings from Redd's and donate them all to the museum Redd will have his own shop right next to Kicks. Second-Club Lol is a great idea and I would'nt want to get rid of it but I would love if Club Lol was open at 12 and K.K. Slider would be practcing his songs. Dr. Shrunk would bring the Marquee back and it would be part of the next to left of the first floor in T and T emporium. Last of all the dump, yes it would be in between Nook's Homes and The post office. To wrap it up I will say that this could be good ideas for some Dlc.

I kind of wish things like Town Hall, Police Station, Cafe...I wish those were on main street. The only thing I like being in the actual town is re-tail since it'd be a pain if that was on main street.

I wish they would have kept the ballon cart, like maybe that could be Phineas's side job along with the badge giving. I also liked having that secret place for resetti in the city- maybe bring that back.

I really like the idea of "the dump." You could go everyday for a random item or something, plus you could toss your own unwanted/unsellable crud into it!

I'd rather have some of the shops changed to better fit the small town vibe than have more shops. Things like Club LOL and T&T Emporium seem so out of place.

I agree 100%. Especially the Emporium, as Leif's gardening store looked perfect on it's own. If it weren't the only way to obtain Gracie's shop, I wouldn't have built it. But there's something else about it, too. I like the fact that all the stores are in one locale, but unless you have old/current villagers wondering about, the outside area can feel pretty lonely. I love the area in front of the museum and the bench on the cliff, but everything else...somethings just off.

Me too! Then it wouldn't be such a pain to decide where all those things went. And yeah, Re-Tail is definitely best to leave alone, because I sure wouldn't want to trek all the way across town to Main Street just to sell something from the island (or anything at all). ; v ;

The idea of bringing back Phineas' balloon cart also sounds pretty sweet. I lovedd getting new balloons from him in City Folk (?∀｀●）My dream was to collect every single one of those balloons. If he could do that and give badges at the same time, I think that would make him an even better character!! //u v u

I started playing on release day and thought the locked area was for shops. It turned out that it was just the showcase houses.
That area would have been a good place to put the large Gracie store and the Club. The large store outside is tacky. It looks like a bargain store.
I was disappointed when I found out the Caf? had to go in town. It should be on main street and the Shrunk could be downstairs like WW. Space that could be used for another villager, extra player or PWP.

The cafe should have been on Main street (In the museum), and it's not really a building but I wish you could update the path on main street, it's just ugly and it stays like that!

Ice cream stall! I have no idea why but I love the streetpass ice creams and they're so hard to find! You could get a new icecream each day (in summer!Maybe hot chocolate in winter!) just a cute addition, I wish there was more on the Main Street!

Instead of Club LOL, maybe a place with a different event every night. Like Fashion Contests, Dance Contests, Game Night (a few arcade machines with small old Nintendo games, like Mario Bros, and maybe Table Tennis), Dr Shrunk shows, and then KK Slider Concerts, stuff like that. Club LOL is boring tbh.
