What is favorite part of the new update?

Though I complained about it yesterday swimming/diving is really enjoyable, but what Im really excited about is the mermaid furniture.




No opinion yet on Gulliver as I haven't had him on my island yet.

swimming! i forgot how fun it is and it’s nice to have something new to do - i’m also so, so happy that pascal and the mermaid set are back! pascal’s one of my favourite npcs and the mermaid set was one of my favourite sets in new leaf so it’s nice to have them both back. i’ve missed pascal’s chillness lmaoo

I'm enjoying find the new sea creatures! Got them all but one that is available at the moment. Can't wait to see Gulliver and collect the pirate stuff.

Diving ! I love discovering new creatures.
And just the idea that they add new furniture and clothes. I'm not a fan of what's added but I can't wait for the 2nd update of summer (maybe more stuff for Tanabata? )

Possibly the pirate stuff? I mean ye swimming's pretty fun too, but... those pirate dresses are yummy & I want one asap

I have found a use for the mermaid stuff that I didn't think of at first - classing up Sprinkle's property along with the shell set. Might even try to give her a couple pieces for her house since she's a starter on my island

I think the update is just a heck of a lot of fun all around. Swimming is so much better now, and it feels great taking a swim around my entire island. Even the stuff I dislike, like the Mermaid furniture, is great because I know a lot of other people are really going to enjoy its return and it really does look so much nicer in ACNH than it did in New Leaf. The pirate stuff doesn't interest me in general but there are pieces in it that I know I can use. And, I love those old timey wetsuits that make our characters look like little egg-people.

I personaly think that update is 'not enough' because all of us are waiting for so long looking for it, but I find the entire update enjoyable even if I haven't tried it yet! (I have to begin a new game again haha)
New furnitures are cute, diving looks great as well... just I wanted a little bit more for the time waited!

Swimming!! I’m obsessed. Also I love pascal and I stalk him after I give him the scallop so I can watch him eat it. And buying from Sahara is so nice now that you don’t have to chase her down after every. Single. Rug.
