Idk if this is the right place to put this thread but I think it's a good and kinda important question:
What is cycling? I see threads for them all the time and I'm just curious. I feel like it might be useful to me.

When you TT a bunch of your villagers into boxes and put them up for adoption. People usually have separate towns for cycling.

When a villager moves out, you cycle 16 villagers for that one that moved to be able to move back into town.
And some cyclers move out villagers to giveaway thus why there are towns dedicated to cycling so other people can have villagers they want.

it's just going through villagers (moving them in/out) to look for certain villagers, cycle enough to bring villagers they like back or to help other people get villagers they want.
