It stands for Broadcast Satellite Legend of Zelda, using Sattelitview for the Super Famicom system in Japan, and it's as you said pretty much just an enhanced remake.

Yes, actually. I remember visiting a site about it. But, discussing emulation and ROMs is against the rules, so I can't help you there. (Normally, I'm against emulation, but this is an exception, because there's no other possible way to play the games.)
