What interesting/weird things happened today?

I just had Blathers asses 4 fossils and almost got an entire dinosaur including the tail tip. All Diplo.

Also Lyman and Joey were doing airplanes in front of Resident Services today which is more so adorable considering they’re both kind of goofy.

I somehow managed to breed a golden rose, despite my island only having a three star rating (so no golden watering can), and I forgot to water my flowers yesterday??? also Julian showed up in my campsite that was pretty neat

Rain counts as normal watering! Pinkshade, did you get your black roses from someone else? If yes, that person must've watered them with a golden can: black roses keep that "memory" of being watered with golden until they manage to make a gold rose (either by themselves or by breeding).

Aw she’s super cute. Congrats! I had her in my campsite once but she asked for one of my faves to move so I had to pass. This was before I learned about the trick to have them pick someone else. I love her whole look.

That was my only two so far. I did talk to Erik once and he said something about looking out for the pokey things. It's hilarious to see villagers run away faster than I've ever seen them run!
