What if when a villager is about to move out, lets say on the 12th, and he/she asks you the question wether he/she should stay or not you and instead of anwsering the question you just stayed on that selection screen untill the 13th, when the villager was going to move out...
What would happen?

I actually have no idea. My assumption is they'd stay because when you close the 3DS everything stays the same most the time except the lighting and other small aspects. There's only one way to find out though xD

Would the 6am reload over ride the open conversation window? I think it might, but I don't really know. If not, I assume when you stop talking it would go through that 6am load a new day screen, even if it's not 6am. And I think the villager would still be there. But I don't have a spare villager or the time to test it:)

That was what I thought too. I'm not sure but I imagine it would.

Maybe?
Since if the time turns to 6:00AM, the game screen will say something like "It's a new day", and it'll take you to the loading screen. I think your player will respawn outside of their house again, similar to when a scorpion/tarantula stings you and you respawn back in front of your house.
