I have a Mansion with the full Gold Exterior. I got that by earning 2,055,000 Happy Home Academy points.
Technically speaking, I only need 1,100,000 Happy Home Academy points, but I thought I would push for the best score possible.

I don't have a fully upgraded house nor am I planning to do so at present time, so I simply have the mansion remodeling which I think is the nicest for a rural village anyway.

I have the mansion. Except for modern house, none of the special ones really fit with my town, and I don't like the way the modern house looks with the golden exterior, since I'm using that.
