What Flowers Are You Using?

What flowers are you using on your island? Are they specifically themed or do you just let anything grow? What colours are they?

mostly lilies, hyacinths, and roses. but i have a few of each type. for colors it's a lot of white, yellow, purple, pink, and some blue and green. i don't think they're specifically themed, just whatever i think looks nice.

Anything grows. Lol. I have so many flowers but not all the hybrids yet. I do have some designated flower beds that I’m slowly putting certain hybrids into. But I let flowers grow all over

I mostly use lilies, cosmos, mums, and hyacinths. Warm colours (red through yellow) go up into the upper tiers where my hiking paths are (no idea why, I just like these colours). Cooler colours (blue and purple) are around the music area and overlook over the secret beach. For villager houses, I use flowers that match their aesthetic.

In terms of mixing flowers, I tend to sort my flowers by colour rather than type. So I put a ton of orange flowers near each other in a patch, but it doesn’t matter the species

I think I have all the types & they are mostly grouped by type. One part of my island is all breeds mixed but in yellow & orange.

I've been mostly using windflowers, roses, hyacinths, lilies to decorate. (although most of my island is a post-apocolyptic nightmare where hybrids are our new overloards)

There's a user on Reddit who does garden color layout guides and I've been using them to help me figure out color schemes. There's like 7 or 8 of them now and they're really helpful

I haven't been breeding hybrids for that long in this game, but I'm after (and have gotten some) black, purple and pink flowers.
Lilies, cosmos, roses, hyacinths, and I'm not sure I like the windflowers, and I never use pansies, and rarely use tulips.

I'll use a few orange cosmos and green mums (got my first green mum today!) in a few places as well, and I have blue hyacinths at the sides of my house.

I’m using white and purple because they’re my favourite colours. The white flowers such as windflowers also seem to have purple(?) in them so it matches. The types I use the most are hyacinths, lilies, roses and windflowers and I also like to use lily of the valleys.

I have a bed of black tulips and yellow pansies by my resident services. Near the incline to my shops has blue windflowers and hyacinths, yellow tulips and roses, and orange roses. I have "wildflowers" around my beehives, which is a mix of various cosmos, hyacinths, windflowers, and mums. I have some yellow and red flowers scattered around my campsite, but I'm probably going to change them soon. I'm working on cloning all of the black and some of the purple hybrids as well. All the rest of my flowers are on my beach until I figure out what to do with them.

My favorites are purple windflowers, all hyacinths, and black flowers of any kind so those will most likely be all over my Island eventually.

Lining my rivers is purple hycanths and lilly of the valley or Jacob's ladders. I really enjoy the combo. Its elegant but kind of untamed at once.

I use nearly all the flowers and their color variants. There are some that I don't have on my island like the regular pansies, yellow + red cosmos, and red mums. Some parts of my areas are color coordinated to match the theme for the location.
