I adore the wolves! I'm hoping Dobie and Lobo will be on my island one day.

I found Nan while island hopping a few days after the game released. Never considered her part of the squad before, but I'm happy to have her now! <3 Love the exterior of her house too.

so far i've had really amazing luck with finding dreamies, currently i've gotten the 3 octopus kids to live on my island all through Nook Miles!

i know she's not popular but i'm hoping someday Peaches will show up. she was one of my first villagers in New Leaf and i would be so happy to have her around again

It's been HELL trying to find Raymond. today will be day 7. Ive already been to almost 500 islands trying to find him with no luck. I did manage to find a bunch of my other dreamies while hunting for him though, like marshal, cherry, zucker, tia, muffy, and merengue. I'm so close but Freya just came to my campsite and ended up replacing rasher who was gonna be for raymond. I'm having a hard time deciding if I should let go of Ellie for raymond I love her but I don't love her as much and I now also have Tia so that's two elephants. IDK I just wish we could have more than 10!!! Q-Q

Looked for Raymond. Gave up after Hans Olaf and Beardo moved in instead. Finally got Beardo out yesterday. Found Kyle. Forget you Raymond Lolly is Kyle's girlfriend now.

Got Muffy! I wanted Fushia or Muffy and now have both lol.

Still questing now after Lucky and Vesta And Freya.

Itll be a while before I go hunt though.

If you save before the moving game, close the game if they ask for the wrong villager, then come back in and play again, they'll ask for someone different each time ^ ^

I've been looking for Roscoe. He was my favourite villager back in New Leaf and I miss him dearly.
Every time I have an empty plot I would go look for him but no luck so far.
I ended up finding Audie on my last trip though, I invited her to my island because I find it really cute that they based her on the Grandma who played AC for 3500+ hours. I also love her refreshing beach theme.

Saturday night I set out once again in my search for Raymond but knowing how hard it is to find certain villagers I compiled a list of the "dreamies" I'd accept in his place. After about 20 islands I found Marshal. I now have one last villager I want to get rid of (Hopkins), and very much want Ankha to replace him. I spent the past 2 days earning bells and nmt's to trade for her once Hopkins hops on down the road!

I finally finished my hunt today. I'm semi happy about it. I grew desperate again and decided to do the campsite trick and find a snooty, specifically Olivia. I needed a snooty and I wanted a cat villager, she was perfect! but wait there was also Diana I had in question after meeting her in a different island. I said okay I'm good with either. Whatever comes first but deep inside Olivia waa who I wanted. I wanted new villagers I never had. Well Diana was the first camper that dropped by and I couldn't pass the opportunity. I TT but I don't like TTing into months and years. I only like TTing days. Well I invited Diana. Took less than 2 hours until she finally picked the villager I've been wanting to boot for so long. My search has ended here. My stress is over, the weight on my shoulders gone. I got a snooty, not who I was aiming for but at least a second I had in mind popped and I'm happy. Diana fits very nicely in my island and now she and Lopez are next door neighbors. Who would've thought, deers being neighbors.

I never really had a dreamie list but decided to try and make one to have a goal. I ended up just buying Sherb and Marshal, getting Bruce from a giveaway (kind of Goldie too, long story). Flurry grew on me and Genji I've always liked (these two were my starting 5). I have villagers I'd prefer to have, for example Dotty and Frita, but I still don't really have a set "list".
I also asked Vivian and Blanche to come over and idk if I want to keep them yet or not.

All I really want is Marshal and it seems pretty bleak at the moment. People are asking an insane amount for him so I can't buy him, so I've been just grinding and saving nook miles to buy tons of tickets to island hop. I have low hopes though.

Sorry, I know this post was a while back and idk if anyone suggested this yet but...
I also was daunted by the prices for Marshal. I ended up finding someone wanting to sell NMTs for TBT, maybe you could do the same?
Even after spending a bunch of TBT, I only paid 60 NMT for Marshal!

My last big hunt was for Audie who I spent 1.2k NMT on. Pretty insane but just happy I have her now and never gonna let her go ;;

Current is Whitney/Raymond to replace Ankha/Aurora (both of whom I have had but given away...) and this has been about 50+ hours of campsite method. I might try island hopping again since I still have about 500 NMT from selling villagers (Marshal in campsite 3 times!!! Can he leave me alone) but that really sucked to do esp since campsite is fully free...
Hopefully I won’t make it to 100 hours hunting like w Audie wish me luck

Was questing Sprinkle & Tangy but got both their amiibos pretty cheap last week.
Next up are Beau, Skye, Audie and Tia. I've been saving NMT so fingers crossed a placeholder villager asks to move soon

I have amiibo cards for the majority of my dreamies, however I will have to hunt down Piper, Vivian, and Judy (gulp). So far I've been pleasantly surprised with my villager luck so far in my game (Julian as first camper, found Tia, Zucker, Octavian on islands) so I'm optimistic but also very early on in hunting. Trying to limit my trips to 2-3 trips an hour to not get burned out, spending time harvesting materials and fruits to make the trips more worthwhile.

I really hope I can avoid TTing to utilize the campsite strategy, but seeing as two of them are Snooty, it would probably be easier...
