What dreamies are you currently questing? How is the search going?

i'm lucky, i've traded for all of my dreamies so far with kind people who gave them to me for low prices ^^

i still have to find marshal though. i've signed up for a couple free/cheap amiibo threads but i'm still stockpiling nmt in case i have to go searching. i'm glad that each villager has the memory of the kind person who i adopted them from associated with them, but it would have been nice to get that pay off of finding a dreamy after a lot of searching - assuming i got relatively lucky and found them at all lol

I’m really looking for Apple because she is my favorite peppy villager. Right now my only peppy villager is Rosie and I know if I auction her off, I could get a lot for her. But the Apple search has been very slow right now. I did join nookazon and other threads and I’ve been keeping my eyes on the listings.

I don't have like a "dreamie I'm willing to devote 16 hours to get aka Raymond" tier dreamie since the ones I want are kind of...obtainable. Though I'm biding my time to get Diana. I do want Sherb though (but not desperate!)

I have an unsuccessful search for Kid Cat yesterday. I suppose it's not yet time and have probably used up all my luck last weekend when I found Raymond.

Hoping some of my start up villagers will start to ping so that I could start island hunting again.

Ketchup is gonna be my final frantic search, leaving me 2 spots to slowly fill in with a snooty and a jock. Which I've made a large list of ones I'd like to select from

The tomato duck is an elusive creature, but my gf kindly bought me one of those unofficial amiibo badges of her so when it arrives in anywhere up to a month I know i'll eventually have her :3

I decided I wanted Raymond! The grind starts now. I'll be using the campsite trick, but since I will have every personality represented on my island at that point, it'll take a long time, most likely. I'm also looking for Whitney or Freya (probably Whitney, mostly), but since I don't have a snooty villager that search will be much easier.

Julian and Punchy are my current dreamies, but I gotta get a few villagers out of here before I can even begin searching for them.

I surprisingly didn’t have many dreamies in NH other than Raymond, Kid Cat, and I guess Zell I just adopted whoever caught my eye whilst Island hopping but I’m currently on the hunt for Elvis, so he’s a dreamy I suppose.

Edit: And I saw Julian and Fang whilst Island hopping too, but I didn’t want to adopt them since I had them in the last game I didn’t want to bring in too many old villagers because I was already moving in Kid Cat. It hurt me because that trio is my absolute favorite

Good luck on your Raymond hunt! I actually did this yesterday for my younger brother. I went through two whole calendar years in-game. During that time, I encountered 73 villagers, and of those that I saw, 31 of them were smug (with the 31st one being Raymond).

I don't think luck was on my side tbh But don't be discouraged if it takes awhile for him to show up. It will be worth it in the end!

I was looking for Raymond, ended up adopting Poppy. I've got to say, I'm happy with my choice. Poppy is adorable.
I also might try to get Marshal instead of Raymond!

Congrats! Yeah, since there are 35 smugs luck didn't shine in your favor, nice find though! I did the trick yesterday to get Marina and it took around 10-15 campsite visits. Gonna have to buckle down now if I want Raymond lol

I have Coco and Genji amiibo tags coming in the mail soon so I'm excited to move out Nan and Biff! I do want to replace Mira and Hamphrey with Agnes and Chief as well but neither of them have asked to move yet.

I've been trying to find Tucker on the Nook Miles Islands to be my Lazy villager for weeks now.

Prior to that, I found Annalisa to be one of my Normal villagers and Bella to be my Peppy.
