I'm kind of sad that you can only visit islands by entering a dream code. I liked how in New Leaf you could scroll through random lists by country or just ask Luna to put you in a random dream... I'll miss that!

I just travelled to Aika’s! I want to explore story or horror islands but inspo island are good too. I can visit yours if you like! I personally have a more naturally themed island, but all themes are good

I like visiting well done up islands so I guess popular?? lol. I want to go for a nature, witchy vibe for my island so anything like that I'd love to visit for inspo. Story-based islands are fun too like the horror ones.

It'd be nice if the DA thread had subcategories where islands within the same theme were grouped together so you could easily find ones you'll be inspired from but that's probably a hassle to make lol. Just a hopeful thought

I like to go to random islands people link with the least amount of information attached so that it can be somewhat of a surprise--if they have screenshots, I'd possibly skip it. The surprise aspect and the creative inspiration aspect are definitely huge things with me... I've already seen some really clever things from people.

honestly, any island that i don’t know too much about - people like to share taglines and photos of their islands when sharing their dream address but personally i don’t want any sneak peeks before visiting - i wanna be completely surprised and see everything for the first time with my own eyes aha.

but i’m definitely interested in horror islands - i visited aika’s remake this morning and will gladly visit other horror islands as they get shared ^_^
