what does your hybrid farm look like?

i’ve been struggling because i love to farm hybrid flowers, but i like them to be organized and stay in a special marked place on the island. i’ve played with fences, dirt paths, spacing, rows, etc., and moved my hundreds (i have a problem ok) of flowers at least 5 times now. rip my shovels. i am never satisfied with their layout in the end???

Here are a few pics I took some days ago showing off my various hybrid farms:

On the last one the purple mums are hybrid mums so I'm hoping to get a green mum from them soon. There are a few other hybrid farms that I didn't show here, like my cosmos and white roses layouts to get purple roses, pink cosmos, and orange cosmos.
At the moment my hybrids are just kinda all over the place. Although my town name is Floaroma so people should expect to see nothing less than hundreds of flowers randomly assorted around the town

Ive just been sticking flowers in a diagonal pattern, every other square. probably not the most efficient but im lazy!

Several giant checkerboard patterned messes for each hybrid I'm trying to make. I just kinda put them places without rhyme or reason. They're mostly all in places my villagers can't access.

I saved the north west quadrant from the beginning specifically for a future hybrid garden which I've now made.

It's insane looking but also FULL of peacock butterflies all day long.

Holy cow, I'm totally stealing your use of paths (just to make maybe 2 or 3 squares in this style). I love how the spaces add a little grass border! It makes the separate flower sections look much more organized.

My goodness wow! How did you get so many? I am so unlucky when it comes to hybrids. I'm having a hard time growing purple hyacinths and other flowers.

I just put my flowers in a strategic order and water them every single time I play the game. Even if I'm TT'ing for something I always remember to water all my flowers before I quit. At this point I've been getting about 8-10 new hybrids a day, not including the 7-8 blue pansies that show up every time it rains or I happen to water them.

Purple hyacinths aren't actually that difficult to get. I put a bunch of red and yellow ones together to get orange (and occasionally blue) and then putting all the orange ones together yields purple pretty easily. Once I get at least two of the same color hybrid I put the two together and water them a bunch so they can multiply that color.
I've managed to get every color on my own so far except purple windflowers and blue roses; those I got from a friend/other user on here. I also just realized that I don't have any orange lilies for some reason?? Guess I'll have to put red + yellow together!
