Definition of "dreamies" is basically a villager you desire or want. Dream villagers is also villagers who you want to make stay in your town longer. Everyone has different "dreamies" depending on different villagers. Also, dreamies can be obtained through various ways, you can find the villager you want for sale or for free in give aways. Not everyone has dreamies though. To each their own. Some people just go with the flow and let any villager move in and out.
