Selling your town is a good option too! And you could probably get all of your villagers again from people on the forums, since Amiibo cards make it so easy to cycle now!
I did go to your town, and I have to admit I love all of your villagers and where they're placed. That area is really cute with them together, like a little residential spot. I used to dislike houses being clumped like that, but recently I've started to really love it for some reason.
For the Northern part of your town the pattern that was spread all over it was very hard on my eyes, lol. Very bright, but very pretty. I think you have soooooo much empty space there, though. So much space for flowers or trees or bushes, landscaping, projects. Honestly, it wasn't a bad layout and if it was my town I could come up with a ton of things to do with it. But that campsite so close to the town hall... That's the one thing Dx With the Zen town hall exterior and more trees/flowers in that area it could probably look really cute. Like a little forest, natural theme.

- Winnie and Savannah - and Julian all in a row!!!
Winnie and Savannahs houses are SO CUTE TOGETHER!
I've always wanted them together! So cute!
- Can you build a bridge from your house to the other side?
- Caroline seems too close to the waterfall. She/ her house could be moved.
- The campsite is rather close. I was going to suggest bushes or trees but Resetti is there.
You could plant trees in front of the campsite.
- you have many awesome PWPs!
- your tree is so big - very pretty
- Papi could be moved and a bench or landscaping could go there.
- cute villagers!
- I think the map is very open and you have many possibilities. Truly.
- The trees planted in the back and all the perfect apple orchards are very nice.
Apples are very desirable and sometimes hard to find with a good map.
- South waterfall. Usually the best (unless you get a very rare side visible waterfall!)

All in all a very lovely town. I like it.
If you want to reset you luckily have the police station already unlocked.
How much would Nook offer for your town?
