Like the titel says: What do think about a game, who is like Super Mario Maker, but this time on
Animal Crossing? For example: Create your own town map, decide how the river flows, which
villagers live in the town, where the houses stands, creating ways etc..

I like the idea of Super Mario Maker, that you can create your own Levels and then I got the idea, it
would be great to have the same with Animal Crossing.

What do you think about it? Good or bad? :)

An Animal Crossing maker would be awesome! If it included decorating the insides of the player and villager houses, it'd probably blow HHD out of the water. Also maybe if it had 'creative' and 'regular' modes, where you could custom make the town in creative and play it like a regular AC game in regular, I would totally buy it. It would be the next best Minecraft clone.

Ah, that would be great! states the obvious but it would be more of a spin off type game, the sort of game you'd play when you want to take a break from new leaf. It might not be as successful as happy home designer though, because it has some of the same elements. I do think it would be a good game though and stress relieving. :)

Ehh
I like the randomness and the fact you have to find everything and reset for your map. It would just take away from that, and when you find an awesome map you can brag, other then just making one.

I'd buy it. I think it's great that Animal Crossing is making spin-off games. I'm not a big fan of Happy Home Designer, but I do play it once in a while.

I would love this! I may have used a home brew for the Wii with my Animal Crossing City Folk game and it did just this. You could edit your map and choose the villagers you wanted.

I will say though, that after I made everything "perfect", it got kind of boring :< It is a lot of fun to be able to have that freedom but I think part of what makes the game charming is its randomness, even if that randomness is frustrating sometimes :>

I would just want village life in it though, not like HHD where you solely just build things.

I think it would be cool for the next main Animal Crossing game to have a map maker, but people should have the option to pick a randomly generated map if they choose to do so. I also think people should be able to pick the locations of house plots if they want to, but again there should be an option for having them be placed randomly if the player chooses to. I don't think villager choice should be an option as villagers moving in and out is part of the game and letting you choose that makes the mayor more of a dictator than a mayor.

A halfway solution could be for Rover to give you more choices on the train. He could say something like "I have a book full of maps from every town I've visited before but can't remember which one is of (town name). Is it this one? (shows a map)" If you answer no, then he shows you another one and so on until you finally find one you like. He could also ask you what your favorite fruit is to pick the native fruit and your favorite color for the train station and favorite shape for the grass shape.

To have an animal crossing maker would be phanominal! Makes it easier to create our dream towns, an ideal town for villagers to live in and self enjoyment. But for sure if we had this tool then animal crossing would be finished playing in a year light, I hope we have something like this, better or just as good in the near future.. o:

I do think that the next main Animal Crossing game will probably have a lot more customization than even New Leaf does. I think the AC team has learned that people really enjoy customization.

That being said, I don't see them ever making Animal Crossing quite THAT customizable. If they did, that'd be awesome. I'd definitely buy that. But I don't see it happening.
