I've been having an instant coffee just black in the morning, maybe a little cinnamon instead of sugar. I've been thinking about what else to try in it.
The coffee creamers seem to be very processed, and I've been told to cut back on that kind of thing. There are many different kinds of milk. Of course I can't have normal milk. I have tried Silk made with soy. That doesn't smell good for very long, even if it is within date. I'm aware of oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk, and that last one is apparently different from coconut water somehow. What do you prefer?
