What do you do in when your in bed?

I can't fall asleep unless I'm on my stomach.. wierd huh?
then my toughts just wander in circles and
I fall asleep just having a strange dream with a meaning

same, i sleep on my stomach, if i look up i dont feel comfortable

I just keep tossing and turning until i get a good position :L eventually, i'll end up upside-down on my bed, with my blankets wrapped around my arm o.o

In the middle of the night I turn the pillow over to the cold side

i've also heard sleeping on your back is best for your spine/back. no clue why though.

and if i sleep on my side i always put a pillow or something in between my legs like by my knees.
