listen to music, play games, watch movies, cuddle with my cats. if i had a bathtub i'd take a bath, but i don't as of right now :< i'll also paint my nails occasionally, braid my hair, stuff like that.
i indulge myself into really deep daydreams. putting myself in another world.
if theres something that hurting me that's strong enough to occupy my mind,
then i just gotta deal with it and wait for it to fade away or for something
more bigger to happen to overwhelm the harmful thought.
BUT for the little things that can be healed, i usually play some games on my
phone like Alto's Adventure or go on Vent. Sometimes I go to tumblr to look
at puppies and baby animals being cared for.
also music affects my mood greatly. when i listen to music, i see visions
like for example: slow acoustic guitar with gentle singing
i see a giant plain of flowers with a light breeze and a clear sky with clouds.
so its VERY therapeutic for me to listen to music.
I tend to look up pictures of cute animals, and listen to some calm music. I tend to play with my friends online. And, branch out and do new things, like learning to code, and learning new things!
