What kinds of things do you collect and why or how did it start? ​

I don't have a whole lot, but for me I have 3 little collections going on right now.

1st is bottle caps. I have a little jam jar almost filled to the top with them >w> It was mostly inspired by Fallout, haha. I want to make sure I can afford things at the first apocalypse mall, ya know!?

2nd is sea glass The remains of old, broken bottles and pottery that have spent ages beneath the ocean and rubbing against rocks, until they finally turn into colorful jewels that wash up onto the shore. I always feel like a treasure hunter, searching for it. It started the first time I came to Maine <3

Lastly is my little plush bunny pile, slowly growing in size on my desk >w> I am pretty well-known for my bunny obsession, even off the internet. So, most of them have been gifts from people who know me irl. One of my all time favorites though, is a little raggedy white one I got from Michael's a long time ago, when I was still pretty young. I used to punch out the center of flowers and make little skirts for it to wear :3

I collect dolls mainly, Some Barbies, Petite (LPS) Blythe Dolls, Mini Lalaloopsies and I have a small My Little pony collection I guess I like miniature and cute things. Why? I wasn't spoiled as a kid Nah I think most of my collecting of cute things began when I had my daughters.

I don't collect anything that is from outdoors, or anything that is dirty. Anything else i will collect though.

I collect figurines! Anime cute figurines, designer toys is my favourite!!! XD. Unable to post pic now but I have one big cabinet just for my lovely toys~people call me childish but they don't understand the value of my collectables, like I don't understand their value of branded bag xD

I collect snow globes and rubber duckies. I think I have about 7 snow globes? But this summer I'll be getting 1 or 2 more. And I have around 15 duckies.

Cigar boxes that my dad gives me. The most expensive collection I own is my art book collection, mostly silkscreened stuff from artists I admire. I collect a lot of zines too when I go to zine/comic fairs. I also keep all my ticket stubs and and most pamphlets when I visit museums and stuff. When I was younger I had a huge Pinky Street and Re-ment collection... but my mum threw em away when we moved out good thing she saved my Blythes and Pullips.
