What do we do if someone admits they're selling us a duped item?

Do we leave a bad report on their ratings? Do we PM a moderator? I just played with someone on TBT (though we organized it on another forum) and they told me they sell duped items on the forums they're a part of.

Well no harm is done really, but if you feel you were scammed, contact a Moderator. Selling duped/unreleased items on TBT is strictly prohibited.

I think you could just report the PM that they said they were duping in especially if they told you the item you purchased from them was duped.

OP said that the sale was organized on another forum, but the person is also on here.
We can't do much about it as it was organized on another forum, and you can't prove it is duped although he admitted it.
