What did you think was the hardest hybrid to make?

Blue hybrids in general seem so stubborn.

The hardest one for me to finally get one was purple pansies. I got one from a friend, got a hybrid red pansy and then was able to breed the two together. But once I got two, I found them easy to breed - fertilizer works well on them.

Purple tulips were also hard. Fertilizer never worked. I finally got my first one without fertilizer and TTing to the next day. Seemed so weird to me that TT would make one for me. But once I got that one, they easily bread with fertilizer.

The ones that I have a terrible time getting more of are blue violets, orange lilies and pink tulips. Fertilizer only breeds red, yellow or white so getting more of those is proving difficult.

Blue roses. o_o I've been trying for WEEKS. I have every other hybrid!! I'm determined to do it on my own. I will NOT bring blue roses into my town until I grow them with my own blistered little AC hands!!! LOL

Definitely blue roses. Purple pansies were a breeze in comparison. The purple tulips gave me a bit of a headache, but it didn't take nearly as long as the blue roses.

I have had so much trouble getting orange lilies, omg. They're so pretty but they just won't breed D: I have 4 already and they refuse to make any more for some reason.

Blue roses and purple flowers. Thank to Andrew, it's not that hard to breed the purple tulips, and I have purple roses, but pansies are too hard. Also, blue roses are impossible.

Well, I bought 2 pairs of each hybrid so I can't honestly comment. However, I noticed pink flowers seem to like to spawn red, not pink flowers often!

Blue roses... It took me about 3 months to finally get one.

Blue roses took a month of dedication for me and then spread like wild fire through my town, but purple tulips and pansies I only got 1 and never managed to get a second for them.

In my new town I got 2 purple pansies almost straight away and just bought 2 purple tulips. Now I actually have all the hybrids though I've noticed I can breed everything except blue violets. ~ 2 have spawned in 3 months of TT and the rest I've had to buy so that they don't fall behind.

Blue roses.

Purple tulips and pansies were hard to create, but I managed to make them myself. I have yet to spawn a single blue rose doing it the hard way, and my patch of red+ roses has existed since July.

Meanwhile I've grown a few dozen starting with the two I bought from somebody else.

I was never able to breed blue roses, pink lilies, purple pansies & purple tulips on my own. Thank goodness my friend Matt (Hi son) gave me some of each.
