What did you screw up in-game today?

So we have a thread for daily accomplishments...
But what big blunder did you make today?

Today I remodeled my entire town and grew a bunch of bamboo trees, and when they were finally fully grown (time traveled) I was super delighted with how they looked.
So come time travelling to the next day, I had COMPLETELY forgotten that bamboos make bamboo shoots whenever they feel like it, and my entire town was covered with little stars on the ground.

;_; definitely going to plant some flowers and lay down some stuff to prevent this before TT-ing to the next day, I spent forever digging them all up.

haha speaking of bamboo, I was such an idiot before when I was time-traveling... I had one bamboo growing for whatever reason and each time I time-traveled, I went through the trouble of checking the area and digging out the shoots each time.... didn't even think of just cutting it down completely until halfway through my time-traveling chores.

Nothing yet thankfully but almost had a HUGE blunder that scared me a little. I'm currently cycling through potential villager move-ins and when I cycle I generally leave my gold watering can out so on the days that no one has moved in and I need to save and TT to the next day I always have my scout water my hybrids.

I got distracted and JUST as I was about to ask Isabelle to demolish my scouts house I realised he was still holding my gold watering can, I rushed back into the save file and had him put it back safe and sound before resuming demolition, but it was a bit scary!

Saw my first tarantula. I went in to catch it, but I was too careless with my net and missed, and it attacked me.

Today i agreed to do a petition for Muffy the sheep and then i asked if anyone would help me with signatures. When i did, i accidentally went to settings instead of the friend code thing and i lost all of my morning achievements and i lost Muffy's petition.

i was working on my hybrid farm, taking and replacing flowers..but its been awhile since ive played acnl, so i had random normal flowers growing everywhere in the middle of the hybrid farm--my technique to get rid of them quickly is just shoveling them away, but i clicked to early and ended up destroying my only second carnation that i needed for breeding more ._.

Balloons will disappear if there's no free space for it to drop. :c
If the tile/square unit it "drops" on is occupied by an item/flower/pattern etc., it will bounce to one of the 8 tiles surrounding it, depending on which one has space for it to drop on. If there's no space for it to bounce to, it will disappear, unfortunately!
(This is the same with fruit falling from trees, wasp nests, etc. There needs to be somewhere for it to land.)

Sometimes I accidentally shoot balloons into the river xD
I kind of like the "O CRAP I SCREWED UP" face that your character makes.

Basically all of my mistakes revolved around carelessly planting bamboo shoots and saplings without thinking ahead, and they had trouble growing so it ended up being a waste.

Same, restarted my town once again! This time, I deleted it. I am unsure if I am willing to start a new town, knowing I'll delete it a few days later.

I'm a PRO angler, but today Game Grumps were giving me the extra giggles and as a result I missed 3 finned fish. XD
