I was feeling adventurous today so I decided to make some Japanese-Style Fried Chicken (karaage). Turned out really well cooking it in peanut oil in my wok! Quite easy to make, too. I want to use it in a ramen dish sometime.

I cooked up a flat iron steak, and made a curry sauce in the pan after (flour, butter, curry powder, chilli powder, garlic powder, whole cardomon pods, garlic, ginger,Chipotle chilli flakes, and milk) it turned out delicious. Spicy but not overly hot to eat. Lovely on chips.
