What did you cook or bake today?

Finally managed to make scrambled eggs that weren't overcooked >.> also made tofu sisig because my bell peppers had such festive colors and i wanted to see that red and green together

I made croissants this morning. It was pretty good, but I could only eat one. I shouldn't have made two. I'll probably have it later.

Cooked like crazy this past week!
Made:
- Chocolate Chip Cookies + Nuts, Oats, and Peanut Butter Cookies
- Japanese-style Cheesecake
- Christmas Korean Food (Kalbi, Bindaetteok, Cream Shrimp, Tteokbokki, etc.)

Ate like royalty... need to exercise this off though.

Bacon Cheeseburgers with caramelized onion/mushrooms and the other usual toppings (lettuce tomato etc). Just going to pair it with a side salad.

my gf and i made pudding, it was a dark chocolate pudding with vanilla creme in the middle (it was layered), and had a chocolate fudge sauce on top, it was great!!

For the New Year / my birthday I made a coffee flavored log. It was delicious !

Pancakes and povitica.

Technically this was yesterday...but, I baked some thumbprint cookies for my dad. We ran out of regular cane sugar so I doubled the amount of brown sugar. The base came out fine, but the filling wasn't to my liking. It wasn't sweet enough. I used regular jam but softened it up in the microwave.

Does anyone have a good recipe for blackberry jam, or know where I can buy a really good one? Thanks!

I made just a plain old peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I toasted the bread to make it feel a little more special though.

Jam is easy to make but Bonne Maman makes my favorite jams, jellies, and preserves. Crofters is good too.
