As I mentioned to a member privately, my town has no elaborate path spanning the whole town. Moreover, my town is a mess except for a few 'feature' areas that include bushes.

Here is my most recent 'project'

Still have to plant one more pink azalea on the left, and want to surround the project with trees after that last bush (need to make sure any starts don't die because of the trees).

And here are two more, but not the only other, 'projects' I have used bushes for:

Anyways, that is just to give an idea what I have been doing with the bushes I snatch up occasionally on this forum.

What about you guys?

Now that I'm finally finished with my new paths, I'm working on putting new PWPs in. I've definitely thought of uses bushes to add onto PWPs, but I wasn't sure I could pull it off. Your images gave me some peace of mind x3 Your town is so pretty ono

My bushes line my path in some places. My favorite one is my pink hydrangea bushes separated by pink lilies. It's beautiful.

I have some white azalea separated by my black, purple, and pink tulips. That path looks incomplete though because I can't grow bushes diagonally from the street lamp. And if I destroy the street lamp and grow the bushes in the spaces and then try to build the lamp again, it just destroys the bushes instead. ;_;

Your compliment gives me peace of mind, too, heh. I see all these elaborately designed towns and always feel inadequate, hopelessly lacking in the creativity department. On the other hand, it is always inspiring to see the endless creativity out there.

Mainly I use them with trees to border my pathways, as I don't use patterns in my town (which I've mentioned on this forum far too much now). There's so little room to do any real projects with them now because of all the paths... darn. :/

i put them around my PWPs like you! (like this) i've also done something similar to your water fountain statue except i have white carnations instead of the roses ;u;

that looks really nice!! I esp love the diamond arrangement in the second picture, it's really pretty :)
as for me, I mostly just use bushes to line paths and whatnot, I have a ton of them in my town lol. I just change them up depending on the season, it's like 90% azaleas atm I think?

I made a garden in my old town. It's unfortunate that you can't have more than 30 PWPs, because I had two benches and a flower arch as an entrance.

Mine are sort of organised and also dotted around to go with the forest theme i've got going.
They're near pwp's and paths and also just in places that could do with something else that isn't a tree~

When I was first able to get bushes (from the island), I planted them (3 each) behind my rocks for kick-back when I went looking for the money rock. Saw someone on YouTube that had done this and thought that was a really neat trick. It also was helpful to mark which rocks were real and therefore easy to find the gem rock before I was use to my town layout. I do have a few other bushes around town, just put them where I thought they would look nice.

I'm hoarding them at the moment. I intend to line my paths and plaza with them at some point. Still working on a pattern for that. Great ideas though. Perfect inspiration!
