What are the dimensions of a town map?

I've been searching the internet for an hour now trying to find this out!

I'm including ocean, docks, river, ponds, it doesn't matter. I just want the specific height by width dimensions in tiles/patterns/squares. So far I found something that said it was 80 tiles wide and 64 tiles in height. But the dock looked cut off and I'm still uncertain. If you know, please tell! Thank you!

There are a total of 20 acres and each acre is 16x16. The town is 5 acres wide and 4 acres high so the math checks out to be 80x64 tiles. That does include everything including the ocean surrounding your town.
