What are the benefits and downsides of linking your pocket camp account to your new horizons account

Do you get special items? Can someone show me pictures of it? I didn't play pocket camp since new horizons came out.
And what are the downsides? Since there are mostly *hidden* downsides...

You get some cool ass furniture which makes up for the existence of pocket camp and it's expensive micro transaction gimmick. Definitely worth it.

No downsides.

It is not part of the pocket camp exclusive items, The person who posted the pic probably just put that there to show a combination of furniture you could use with the casino style machine. I have one on my island, I could buy one for you though if you want
