What are some fun furniture items to put on your island?

For example if you put a mirror or vanity out there, sometimes villagers will walk by and start posing in front of them.

Is there anything else that causes some fun interactions?

I don't have anything but I'm going to watch this thread as I live seeing villagers interacting with stuff. My musical instruments are completely untouched but I'm going to move my mirror now so that villagers can get closer to it!

i saw dobie interact with the snack machine the other day which i thought was cute ;u; also if you have lights around your island, like a lamp, they’ll sometimes turn the light on and off :33

I really like how inflatable sofas look on the beach! Like if you wanted to make a little hangout, it's an item I can picture many people irl using on the beaches

I have a bunch of speakers/strategically placed radios set up around my town's main area to provide seamless "background music". There's a limit to how many speakers can play at once, but if you work within it, it sounds pretty nice and sometimes it'll result in villagers singing your music of choice.

A bit hard to make, but a robot hero. Villagers press it and music and beams shoot out! Alternatively the Godzilla will work too with music and breathing fire

Hey, thanks for letting me know about the mirror thing! I had no idea! I put a beach chair on my beach and my villagers will sometimes go lay on it and close their eyes like taking a short nap. It is so cute!

I like putting out the instruments and the villagers would play with it and the springy ride on.
And putting out beach towels and chairs, villagers would sleep on them.
