What are Embers and how do you get them?

I noticed there was another counter called Embers, I was wondering how do you get them and what they are used for?

Embers were used a few months ago in the Bell Tree Fire Festival, an event held in the Summer.

They were used as currency to buy certain collectibles (Motes of Flames) and were gained through entering the various competitions that were held during the event.

There's no way to get or use embers now that the event is over!

Oh I'm pretty sure they were some prize from The Fire Festival....
You bought collectibles with them.
