What are cool peppy or uchi villagers?

renee is a cool uchi . shes like a drugged up version of merengue (ugly piece of ****). but fuchsia is better than phoebe for me. phoebe is kinda plain looking IMO.
Agreed. I moved Fuchsia in last night. Diana even started wearing Fuchsia's outfit already.
I personally LOVE Phoebe! She was a starter of mine & I later acquired Muffy, who is very cute & quirky--but not nearly as firey & phoenixy as a Phoebe!
I've gotten to like Cherry a lot in dream towns & like Phoebe has a red body & rock & roll vibe. Phoebe is still the best uchi IMO.
Every now & then I think of letting Phoebe go, even though she is my favourite--she is soo adventurous it seems mean to keep her cooped up in own town for too long.
But I'd only let her go to someone who really, really loved her as much as I do.

My favorite peppy is Penelope. I love her style, the bow as her ears makes her stand out and she's ridiculously cute.
And for uchi, I recommend Hazel or Phoebe. I had Phoebe before, but I'm ending up liking Hazel better. Although some people don't like Hazel because of her uni-brow, I love her because it's unique. c:

I have Pippy and Pinky and I can recommend both. Agnes was also a cool Uchi and I think Paula and Charlise look cool!

well, these are some of my favorites.
peppy: merry, ruby, tabby
uchi: shari, frita, muffy
it's hard to give a solid recommendation without much to go by.
