Whale from SeaWorld

He should not be killed, this is why animals should not be kept in captivity. All animals snap at one point, and they should be free to be in the wild.

They should just move him, or set him free, because if they move in to another aquarium he is just gonna do it again.
Drake could kill me in my sleep at any time.

Well, just pointing out that killer whales generally aren't a treat to people. The name refers to the fact that they kill whales or something. It also probably didn't intend to kill the trainer, she fell in. Seaworld has stopped the trainers from being able to go into the tanks, so death's shouldn't be expected.

Yes, the whale shouldn't be killed, but it's put in captivity for its own good. Last time I checked, it's endangered, or at least threatened, one of the reasons being lack of food, habitat, pollution, and fishermen. Would it really help to send this whale back to its home where it has a higher fatality chance when we could just build a wall around the tank?

Yea, he'd crawl down into your throat and...

He shouldn't be killed. Just freed. It's not like he said (let's kill someone today)

There is a difference between keeping an animal in captivity in order to bring the population up or nurse it back to health (if it was injured) versus keeping an animal in a tank to run an entertainment show for tourists.

I am definately against killing the whale. It has natural instincts so it shouldn't be killed for not knowing any better.

Some people believe that they should release the whale into the wild, but since it has been in captivity, the whale would die there quickly.

I think that the only smart thing to do would be to just take the whale out of the show.

I won't deny that they're doing it for the tourists, but would the whale be safer out in the wild? Whatever Seaworld's reason for having the orca, it's still endangered, and would probably still be better off in captivity. They've already announced that they won't kill it, especially since it's even more bad publicity. They may be selfish, but that doesn't make the orca any worse off.

Ok soo they keep the whale in captivity soo its natrually angry and now they want it dead? they *censored.3.0*ing kept it in a tank for peoples amusent for *censored.3.0* sake
