Wetsuit PWP trick...

I hear you can only get one PWP requested a day through this trick, but I have also heard that you can get more than one. What's the consensus?

I takes about 4-5 tries for me. I takes a bit though. I only got 1..or 2 rarely. :/

I've gotten 2 in one day before. But that was back when I was just starting.

getting two in one day seems to be tied in with luck, imo it's not worth the time and effort you put in to the swimming trick when you probably won't even get a second request

I usually get one or two when I used to do it. I just let villagers request them naturally now.

I got the Police Station that way after several attempts. Later I got 2 more suggestions after I was randomly diving for Pascal's Scallop.

And it's 1 Pwp per day. But on the other hand, getting any suggestion at al is uncommon so it might seem like you can only get 1 suggestion a day. If you get 2 in a day, if it's possible, you'd be pretty damn lucky!
