Well.. Summer's almost over. Was it great?

For me? No. Not at all. In fact, this is the worst and most depressing summer I have ever had. No one wants to be around me; constantly making excuses to not hang out with me. I don't know what else to do. I've done everything to make this summer worth it, but it takes two to tango and I can't do it without the other person.

I've been nothing but miserable this entire summer. There was not one day this summer where I was able to say it was fun because the next hour someone would go and screw up the happiness and leave me to believe that hey, maybe school is actually better than summertime because at least then, I'm not alone all the time. -.-

So what about you guys? How has your summer been/how was your summer? Was it good?

I had Math camp.
None of my irl friends wished me happy birthday this year. (Like they ever actually wish me happy birthday.)
I'm not exactly sure why I even spend money and time on them anymore if they never talk to me or care about me.

my summer has been both good and bad; i really don't like summer in general as i get the sads real bad when i spend a lot of time by myself with no school or coursework to distract me, so that always puts a mega downer on summer
not to mention i graduated in june and a lot of my friends are moving abroad for university, so i've had to say a lot of goodbyes to friends that i grew up with and saw every day for my whole life, so obviously that's a really upsetting time (but also exciting!) for us all

on the other hand i did a lot of travelling this summer which was great; i went to vietnam at the end of june to visit my brother which was nice because i never get to see him anymore and we get along really well, and then i went to europe for a week with my friends and we travelled around central europe by train, and then i spent two weeks in italy with my parents which wasn't fun because we argued the whole time but italy was lovely!!!
summer's not over just yet though, going to colorado in just under three weeks to see my nephew so i have that to look forward to!

but yeah, overall it could have been better, but i still had fun!!

I'm the person that's 'always there' for them but when I cried about how my sister was being harassed at school, they basically told me: 'So what?'

I'm expected to take them out for food, help them with their homework, listen to their problems, etc. It's stressful being around them, but it's even worse to be alone. (School is not kind to those without a pack uwu)

I'm sorry you guys have had such bad summers.

I had a really busy summer last year, so this summer was very relaxing. I mostly hung out around my house playing video games, but I went out with friends some. I also went to a camp for journalism, and I'm just getting started with band camp for my school's marching band. This is my last year, and I think I'll actually miss it, haha.

So yeah, not too bad. I'd like to do a lot more with my friends next summer before we all split up and go our separate ways.

of course i'm glad. i travel a lot and i'm incredibly grateful that i have the opportunity to do so.

Oh! Haha, I guess it depends on your schedule. This time of year until November, I'm really busy with band, so I'd like to have the downtime to just sit around and play video games. I can see how it would get boring, though; I was actually getting kind of bored until band camp started.

But yeah, everything in moderation, I suppose.

Boring, per usual. Next summer will be better, though. I'll be traveling around Europe. Finally, a summer I can look forward to.

People already told me that next year, they're planning to travel all summer to look at colleges. No one's planning to stay home long enough to hang out.
We'll all be seniors. Hanging out will probably be harder than it is now.

I went to Disneyworld Magic Kingdom, Disneyworld Hollywood Studios, and Universal Studios (the two parks). I think that's pretty great if you ask me. I got 2 autographs (Buzz Lightyear and Woody), and I also got to taste Butterbeer. The 4th of July Fireworks show was amazing, people need to see it at least once in a lifetime!

The bad thing was is that I feel like Summer went by way too fast. Most of time I'm surprised at how fast time flies by in a day.
