Weird stuff regarding the way uchi villagers talk?

I recently got an uchi villager, Deirdre, and while I love her to pieces, a few weird things:

Sometimes I notice that she will start talking in a MUCH higher voice pitch than she previously did, almost sounding like a peppy villager?

And when she sings her old towns tune, her mouth doesn't move...

Thought this was going to be a thread about all the weird expressions and figures of speech that the Uchis use. (Man do they ever talk silly.) XD

On topic, the change in voice pitch seems like it might be a programming error? A few people have been finding these kind of errors lately.

Not sure about the town tune thing - probably an oversight.

I think the voice is supposed to be a mixture of all the girls' (normal, peppy and snooty) voices. I noticed whenever an Uchi gets excited (her birthday is the best example), shocked with widened eyes, or angry their pitch noticeably rises. Whenever any villager sings their old town tune and they're not delighted, their mouth always doesn't move. I've had several villagers from the people of this site and I can confirm all villagers do this (it's more prominent with peppy villagers and the least prominent in Normal villagers).

That's a bit weird to happen to you with Deirdre.. sounds a bit like an animal crossing creepy pasta actually. I can't remember who I had the voice thing happen with today I believe it might have been Portia. I noticed when I stopped to talk to her she was talking in a much different voice then i'm used to. She sounded like a peppy villager, now I might have just been imagining it since I don't really remember but I remember being slightly confused to why she was talking like that. With uchi villagers i've had no real programming errors with them except a couple of times when they've called another villager a him when saying they did something with their "bear hands" With town tune, every villager i've noticed who has sung it has always sung it with their mouth open.. so that's very strange. Is she an original in your town? nothing to worry about though, it's probably just something that was overlooked.

i wish i liked uchi villagers more bc their PWPs are so good. when Mira was in my town i didn't notice much in terms of pitch changes or anything, but i might just be spacing on it since it's been a while since she moved.

I had Katt in my previous town, and I never noticed much of this, though once in a conversation with Blanche the names on their speech bubbles got switched

I have noticed villagers calling other mayors by the wrong pronouns, but the only one I can specifically remember doing it was Mitzi, who isn't uchi - she's a normal

Yeah, I've noticed my two uchis have their voice pitch raised up a few times, as well. At first, I was just like "Wait, what?" Guess it's just a bug or something.

yeah my Uchi, Rocket, also uses wrong pronoun and sometimes calls female villagers "they."
