Weird question, but I've got to know

Okay, so I've seen a bunch of screen caps with laptops that have different screens. Sometimes they're pictures, other times they're websites. I've tried cyrus, but he only seems to change the color.

I would also say it's photoshop... To my knowledge the screens can't be changed. I think some can be turned on and off but that' about it.
