we need more custom design space!!

i really hope nintendo changes this in an update. i don't have nearly enough room for all the custom designs i want to use

i completely agree! i admit i've used mine in a bit of an unconventional way, but... still! i feel like there is a lot more pro design space than i could ever use-- i'd love to co-opt them for regular, square designs. i have blankets to place, stalls to decorate.

same, i have plenty of pro design space left but not enough regular design space. i wish they'd at least make it so that whatever you've used the design for stays that way even if you replace it with another design in its slot. i hate having to fix the areas where a design got replaced by another that i scanned in

It was the same problem on HHD. Quite annoying to be honest, I stopped playing because of that. It should be great if every character on your island (human ones) could have their own designs. So 7 times more than we have now

I have just enough for all the paths I'm using (I have 3 9-design paths), but had to sacrifice my basketball field for cute, decorative signs and stuff.

I just started with using custom paths last night. By the time I get done with stone, deck, brick and all of its respective pieces, I got about 5-10 slots left. That's after being picky with what I save as some of those sets are like 8-10 deep in options.
