Warranty question

Hello

My regular 3DS stopped working a few months back (The ribbon cable is broke)
and recently I remembered that I have a warranty for my 3DS XL and was thinking
if I set in my regular 3DS with the warranty from my XL would they still fix it?

No, they will know it's for a different product and it will be deemed invalid. You can send the 3DS in and they will fix it, but you would have to bear the cost (apparently their pricing starts around US$75, but don't quote me on that). There probably isn't much point to that though as you've already bought a replacement.
