Warn others about things they might not have known, or things that are rumors that should be squashed.

I think we need this just so people know what to and what not to do.
-Things here are confirmed things that are proven true. Example: Grass deteriorates under pathways.
-If you have 8 villagers and adopt one, don't adopt the next at the same time. Make sure you see their plot before you adopt the next villager.
-It's probably common knowledge already, but paths do NOT prevent grass deterioration. Grass underneath the path deteriorates just as fast as grass not under a path.
-No matter how many days/weeks/months you tt BACK in the game, it only counts as one day
-May seem to be a minor thing, but don't shoot down balloon presents over tiles or thick plots of flowers. They vanish. Also, placing too many tiles around trees will absorb their fruit.
-Do NOT rush when saving or loading a game file. Let it load/save fully before closing/powering off your 3DS or this could corrupt your save data.
-Don't try to create multiple towns on different SD Cards if you have the digital version of the game because you WILL corrupt your save data and lose your town!
-When you roll your snowball over places with no snow it shrinks. Which includes paths, because there will be no snow in places where there would be no grass.
-You can get held hostage or scammed in Club Tortimer. Flip the wifi switch or troll them to escape.
-Be careful about placing PWPs ANYWHERE near a bridge if you plan on demolishing it and replacing it with a new one! Bridges are extremely finicky and you may have to demolish the nearby projects just to put a bridge back in the old spot.
-Warning Do not soak your animal crossing game in liquid nitrogen.

Things here are things that need to be confirmed or proven true. Example: Voided villagers are gone forever. That might not be true - but if 15 people say it is and have proof, it gets moved. If you can confirm that something in the "not sure" section is false, tell me to put a -1 for that. If it reaches -15, it's off the list.
-Getting a villager from someone and campsite in the SAME DAY will cause the villager to glitch. No house plot, but they're on your map. [1/15 can confirm this]
-Also, it turns out that once a villager is voided, he or she is in the void forever and could potentially move into a friend's town that you visit at any given time regardless of wi-fi and StreetPass frequency. [0/15 can confirm this]
-Jogging counts with grass wear. [0/15 can confirm this]
