I think it's funny you invite us to look the phrase up, yet, if I recall correctly, the quotation is from Family Guy, and you paraphrase it completely incorrectly.

From memory:

Edit - Also, they were talking about whether or not the country should go to war, not whether or not an individual should.

Edit 2 - Being gay is my first line of defense should the draft be reinstated.
