For me, that was my first sign of depression. Make sure you're doing okay, and know that these people will be there for you when you need them.
Also remember that humans are social creatures. We need to interact. I myself am an introvert with depression and social anxiety. Once every few weeks I force myself to go out with my friends. It's extremely painful to get myself out there, but at the end of the night I'm really happy and energized from seeing people I like.
It's okay to be introverted or a loner. It's just how some people are made. But make sure your mental health isn't suffering.
