I cycle pretty quickly so if you're interested in one of my villagers, be prepared to move them in asap.
Current villagers, reservations, & buyouts:

* To make things easier on everyone, I haven't included the villagers I'm keeping in the above list, so if you think it looks a bit short - that's why. ^-^
Buyouts:
- I will give you 48 hours, max, to arrange a time to pick up your villager.
- If you do not respond in that time, I will assume you've lost interest and auction off this villager, barring a PM warning that you're going to be unavailable for a time.
Reservations:
- Yes, I take multiple reservations for Tiers 3 - 5.
- When your reserved villager asks to move, I will PM the first person in line, and they will have 30 minutes to respond before I move on to the next person in line.
- Everyone gets 30 minutes.
- If no one in line is available at the time, I will auction the villager off in a separate thread or auto-void them.
- If you do not get your villager or you find them elsewhere, PM me and I will refund your reservation price.
- The above does not apply for Buyouts.
Rules:
- Be available for trades within 24 hours of receiving your PM. There are RARE circumstances in which I'd hang onto them for longer.
- Please, be courteous and respectful while interacting with me or this thread in any way.
- Meet me at the train station for trades; do not go running off on your own.
- I know where the wifi switch is, and I'm not afraid to use it.
- While in my town do not run, trample my flowers, steal my flower hybrids, or chop down my trees.
- When picking up a villager, please have space available for them in your town before commencing the trade.
- Lurking for a villager does not guarantee I'll save them for you. You must be online when I post about their availability. Unreserved villagers are first-come, first-serve.
- Please, leave wifi feedback for me after we're through, and I will do the same for you.
Timezone & Availability:
- I'm in PST/ GMT - 8
- I'm usually available for trades on weekends, we can discuss the time.
Rules, listings, and availability are subject to change at any time.
I reserve the right to refuse a trade with anyone for any reason. (Though, usually this reason is rule-breaking so... try not to do that.) I also reserve the right to start a separate thread for selling or trading the villagers on these lists, as I have stated above I am likely to do without a buyout.

Furniture Sets: Ice Set
Flower Hybrids: Blue roses, gold roses, black cosmos, & purple pansies. These are pretty low on the WANT list, but I may take them in trade for tiers 3 - 5.
