I'm going to be creating a room in my female 2nd character's house and I want to decorate it with flowers and the fruit furniture. However, I don't really care for the citrus floor and wallpaper. Any suggestions on what might look nice?
Hello. :] What do you think of the Jungle Wall/Floor, Garden Wall (I don't know which floor goes with that one), Rose Wall (if you want the wallpaper to directly have something to do with flowers -- by having flowers in it; in that case I'd suggest the Flower Pop Wall too but I think that one is too bold and distracting perhaps)? It all depends on how much emphasis--if any at all, you would want there to be on a theme ~ like having a natural environment feel or loosely resemble something that both fruit and flowers are relevant to; how much you want the furniture to stand out from the wallpaper or any other furniture you include there. These are just my thoughts--take what I say with a grain of salt because I'm not an expert or that good at (at least, not that I know of) interior designing, so, I might be wrong or not looking at things the right way. I don't know if any of that made sense of helped.
I have a similar room where I used fruit furniture. It had an Island type of vibe. I used the saharah's desert floor and tropical vista wall. I'm not sure if they will go well with flowers though depending on what you use, but sea view wall might look good as well with the ship deck floor. The jungle floor and wall wouldn't look so bad either.
