Visitors can't VM me.

Hello! For some reason, visitors have been complaining they can't VM on my page. Is there a solution for that to get that fixed?

Go into your General Settings and check your Visitor Message settings. Make sure they're turned on and select "Don't limit usage of Visitor Messages".
